Check-in time is 14.00 hours and Check-out time is 12.00 hours.
Early occupancy of rooms before the indicate time is on request basis.
All-inclusive packages are over at the checkout time, everything consumed and facilities used after this time will be charged normally.

Cancellation

Cancellation has to be emailed and the cancellation date will be on the day when we receive the email and will only be valid once you received confirmation of the cancellation from Kanaya Hospitality Management or the property.

Guarantee booking & payment

Paymentshall be made before guest arrival to secure the room booking based on the invoice payment dateline.
Payment shall be made in full inclusive of applicable service charges and tax via telegraphic transfer to our nominated bank account without deduction for transfer fees or bank charges.
Confirmation of transfer shall be sent via email or fax to our attention so we can track your payments and must state guest name, arrival date and booking reference if applicable.
