The terms “you” or “traveler” refer to the individual booking with us and all members of their group.

Contract

These Terms and Conditions, along with all brochures, documents, correspondence, and the terms and conditions of our Suppliers, form the basis of the contract with you. Before making a booking, you must read and understand these Terms and Conditions. By requesting us to confirm your booking, you accept all Terms and Conditions outlined herein.

If you are booking on behalf of a group, the group leader is responsible for sharing these Terms and Conditions with all group members and is financially responsible for the booking. We are not liable for the group leader’s failure to share these Terms with all travelers in their group.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued access or use of the Website after such changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Agreement. The date of the latest revision will be noted at the top of this page.

Violations by You

Any violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in:

• Cancellation of your reservation.
• Forfeiture of any monies paid.
• Denial of access to the applicable travel product or service.

COVID-19 Liability Release

By booking a tour, you acknowledge the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk of exposure or infection for yourself and any minors traveling with you. Such risks may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, or death.

You understand that due to the uncertainty of travel during this time, your tour may be postponed, canceled, or changed without refund. You are responsible for meeting any vaccination or testing requirements. travelinbalii strongly recommends purchasing travel protection coverage, including “cancel for any reason” coverage. Failure to do so releases travelinbalii from liability for any COVID-related losses.

Products, Services, and Booking Reservations

To begin your adventure with us:

2. Read the tour descriptions, input participant details, and select “Booking”
3. Contact us via WhatsApp at +62 813-3890-5757 if you have any questions before booking.
4. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Confirmation will be sent to your provided email address.

Note: Airfare is not included. Please do not book any flights until you receive tour confirmation.

travelinbalii Member-Only Deals

travelinbalii offers exclusive discounts and time-limited promotions, known as “Member-Only Deals,” to registered users. All sales are final for Member-Only Deals, and cancellations are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Credit Card Bookings

travelinbalii accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Transactions will appear as TRAVELINBALII on your statement. We use secure payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal, and Google Pay.

Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund (minus processing fees) for cancellations made 48 hours before the tour start date.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start date.
• No refunds for no-shows or after the tour has commenced.

Modifications & Amendments

• Date changes are free if requested more than 2 days before the tour.
• Changes requested within 2 days of the tour are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Pricing & Inclusions/Exclusions

• Prices listed are per person, unless otherwise stated.
• Prices may change until the booking is confirmed.
• Prices exclude: Airfare, local taxes, gratuities, meals and beverages not specified, and personal expenses.

Activities & Itinerary Changes

• Tours and activities begin promptly; late arrivals are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.
• travelinbalii reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, cultural events, or emergencies without refund.
