Accommodation policy

Check-in & Check-out

Confirmed rooms will be available for occupancy after 14:00 hours on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 12:00 hours. Late check-out is subject to room availability. Day-use from 12:00 hours to 18:00 hours on the day of departure will be charged at 100% of the contract rate.

Terms of Payment

Advance Payment. Payment could be settled by bank transfer or Credit Card authorization upon invoicing.

Children Policy

Maximum 1 child (under 12 years old) sharing a room with parents will be charged IDR 400,000, inclusive of an extra bed & breakfast.
Children under 5 years old can stay free of charge when using an existing bed or sharing a bed with parents.
Breakfast is chargeable for children aged 5 to 12 years at IDR 75,000 net/child.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation within 72 hours before arrival or no-show during Low Season without notice is chargeable for 1 night’s room rate.
Cancellation 14 days before arrival during High Season & Peak Season is chargeable for 1 night’s room rate per room canceled.
Cancellation within 72 hours before arrival or no-show is chargeable for the full length of stay.
